Obviously damaged , company refuse to refund postage and cost of returning items to China by recorded delivery.Offer only to refund 30% of item costs, which when goods are damaged is not acceptable. Not complying to U.K. trade guidelines Following reply from company , no other option than to accept damaged goods or return to China at my expense! Not at all ok. I haven’t opened the package yet but I guess the contents could be smashed too, better look
