Ordered xmas presents for grandchildren and package arrived but due to inferior packaging all the goods were smashed and broken. Contacted tiny dreams and their response was brutal, not their fault and won't replace but offered me a 20% refund on the price. Suggest anybody considering buying from this company THINK AGAIN. Reading the reviews seems to be an acceptable issue that they will always choose to ignore.
