The gift I ordered was nothing like the one advertised. What I received was absolute rubbish to the point it was ridiculous. Looked liked cheap tat out of a cracker. Have emailed them to say they can collect or alternatively I can send to trading standards. As if I’m going to pay to return to Austria? Easy to be fooled by the website! Have asked for a full refund.
