I ordered a Montesorri building set for my grandson. When it arrived, the box was badly damaged. When I checked the contents, not only was the product damaged but the assembly instructions was in Russian! I emailed the company telling them what I had received. They asked me to send photos, which I have done. I have asked for a refund and a prepaid returns label so that I can return the damaged goods. Watch this space.I have been in contact with their customer services. They told me that they have contacted the team that deals with refunds. They also said that as a gesture of good will, I can keep the faulty goods after I offered to return it if they sent me a prepaid returns label. As the assembly instructions are in Russian for this toy, I won't even be able to give it to a local charity where I live. Fingers crossed that I receive a refund. I will update this review if/when I do.21st November update.I can now report that I have had a refund from Tiny Dreams. However, I would not order anything from them again.
