Emails ignored.I ordered 4 days ago but want this order cancelled and refunded. Twice I have emailed and screenshot showing it has not shipped, but no answer from this company, what terrible customer service. I will be extremely angry if I am ignored and this order, that I no longer require, is shipped. Watch this space... ..UPDATE: received an email today saying my order has been cancelled and refund has been processed. Will check my bank next week, but am happy I will not receive goods I no longer require. Good outcome.
