This company is incorrectly named as i don't believe that it is a UK company as it clames. The product came damaged so was asked to replace which they did but that one came in the same condition as the first one despite been asked to improve on the packaging (not done)So asked for refund and had to go through PayPal was willing to return items at there cost as items were damaged however they accepted a return at my cost but the address was not in the uk and would cost what the same price as product. After this purchase I am unable to give a good review and would urge people to boycot tiny dreame uk that is based in another country. Please read other reviews of this company as most are negative.
