Just received my order which was in a plastic bag. The result being yhr packaging is damaged, crushed and tattyHave sent photos to company and wating for a response. Will wait and see if they will replyCompany have emailed me 27/11 and offered 20% off for the damage as a gesture of good will which I have accepted. Now waiting to see if I will receive it before I give a better score
