Awful - won’t be ordering from them again. Item looks great on website, but arrives not in original packaging and, in my case, was faulty. Numerous emails later, they say they cannot find my order or email address (which they have been writing to all through my complaint process). I presume they think if they make refund process extremely elongated, you will eventually give up. Stay well clear.
