Awful company. The item I ordered (4 felt faces and expressions) ended up as only 1 face in the packet. Having paid for delivery of a whole product I have been offered a full refund only if I return the bit that I have got back to China AT MY OWN COST! Does UK consumer law apply here? Probably not.After numerous emails with Kyle, I am being offered a 50% refund on a product which is only 25% complete and is no use as such.
