This is an update from the so called management of this company. Our bank is now investigating faulty goods and items smaller than online advertising show! Mis-selling! They have contacted us to offer a 50% refund and keep the faulty goods. We have declined this offer as they are not honouring their legal obligations. As promised, I’ll post here every day. We (as promised ) will contact Trading Standards tomorrow to investigate their operating and advertising methods of trading allegedly as a UK company. Further updates to follow.Update; they’ve offered 100% refund but I have to send the item back to China at my cost. Imagine the cost of that. Rejected.
