Items arrived with badly damaged packaging due to being shipped from China in an inadequate polythene bag. I bought these as gifts for friends so they were of no use to me at all. The company refused to honour their published refund policy, which offers a full refund or replacement free of charge if items or packaging arrive damaged. They offered a refund of 10%, which I refused, then they offered 20% or a full refund if I was prepared to return the items to China at my cost! They did not reply when I told them that this was in breach of my legal rights as well as their own policy.
