Hi!I ordered some toys from this company on the 23rd August and on the 11 the September I received message that the order has been shipped.3 days later on the 14th September on the tracking page was showing that is an exception and the parcel goes back to sender.I got in touch with customer service asking for the money back but instead they said to wait another 7-15 days cos they have so many orders.Completely disappointed.Now I just want my money back.
