So cross I ordered 5 products spent over £70 and still no sign of delivery nearly a month later. Customer service says it’s with Yodel but no yodel updates and no refund as they say they have dispatched my order and take it up with yodel!! GrrrThank you for your response, but we have already exchanged 4 emails with you stating I can’t have a refund as you have dispatched the goods and I can only get a refund once I receive the goods! You have my money and you say yodel have my good since 28 August! Really?
