Ordered article on 3 August, delay advised due to demand. When order arrived the box was broken, had been repaired with sellotape (badly) looked like a return that had been recycled. Opening the damaged box revealed a badly packed item, loose article falling out and one side of the item was broken, with a gear wheel laying loose.
