Terrible. Ordered 2 items as gifts. Unable to gift one as the package was so badly damaged. Lots of emails later the best I could get was a 20% refund. They would only replace the product if I agreed to pay myself to ship the item back to China. The other item was missing a part that was clearly advertised as being part of the item and also turned up in a clear plastic packet, not the thing you want to gift. I asked them to send out the part but multiple emails later and they wouldn’t even address this issue.
