Edit 07/08 The comment below from Carmel is for show to make it look like they have good customer service. I sent another email over a week ago with order details and no response.Don't waste your time buying from this company. I ordered a bubble lawn mower for my daughter’s birthday. It arrived late, wasn't as described. Very flimsy and much smaller than pictured. The pictures on the ad the product was super imposed to make it look like a bigger better quality toy. Offered a 20% refund, upped to 40% when pushed, and to keep toy or to return at my own expense (£17.90 as UK returns must be sent to Austria). No resolution from them and now ignoring my emails.
