Arrived scrunched up in a plastic bag, upon opening the peek a boo elephant I could see straight away that one of the elephants ears was wrong, the whole base of the mechanism was outside the head in the ear flap resulting in a wonky movement. I have sent numerous emails, and video evidence which they requested. Since sending g the video evidence I have heard nothing from them. Shocking customer service, shocking product. Do not buy from this company
