IF I COULD GIVE '0' STARS I WOULD. I ordered the kids fraction magnet learning toy, it arrived in terrible condition, all damaged during transit and definitely not suitable to give as a gift. Customer services were terrible... They kept saying that they are sorry that I wasn't happy with the packaging but that they only replace damaged goods... I sent several photos of the damaged item and they kept responding with the same thing, that they don't replace unless it's damaged and kept changing the conversation to 'damaged packaging' rather than dealing with the damaged goods, THESE GUYS ARE RUBBISH. they offered a 10% refund or offered for me to send the item back at my cost... It just wasn't worth it. PLEASE AVOID THIS COMPANY.IN RESPONSE TO YOUR BELOW REPLY, I'VE CONTACTED YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPARTMENT 3 TIMES ALREADY AND THEY WEREN'T HELPFUL AS PER MY ABOVE REVIEW.
