Absolutely appalling quality of toy. Took a month to be delivered from China. Absolute tat. Broke within two weeks. Emailed customer service who offered to replace the item which I accepted. Instead of replacing the item as agreed they refunded the cost of the item without the cost of shipping. I asked for the full cost to me to be reimbursed and they refused, when I asked why they just stopped replying to my emails. I have sent four emails in two weeks and they just ignore them. Even tried asking for complaints procedure via a different email. Again ignored. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! I also note how the latest five star reviews were all posted same day with very similar wording and punctuality….This is not suspicious at all!!
