I really wish I had read the reviews before hand. Ordered a product for my newborn on the 28th Jan still hasn't arrived. I have contacted customer service via email twice and they have given me “7-15 days” but its has been over 3 weeks! i have asked for a refund of the product so I can purchase elsewhere. They had given me 20% off which is pointless as I wont be purchasing from them again. Really disappointed.
