Having ordered my item on 3rd February 2025, I was expecting to receive the item at least a week later i.e 10th Feb. That date came and went so I contacted the company as they had failed to send me a confirmation email. I got no response and so contacted them again. I was advise that the item was on its way. Have asked twice for the tracking number which they have failed to provide. All they can tell me is that the item is on its way. I have advised them that I will be logging a dispute today. Absolutely shocking Customer Service. 17.7.2025 Update, the company finally refunded me for the item less the postage.
