PLEASE DO NOT SHOP HERE!!! I ordered my first baby grandchild an interaction teddy bear. I ordered 12th december 24. The item arrived one month later too late for Christmas I was gutted!!!It arrived very poorly packaged with no instructions or anything inside! The item also came from China and had a Chinese address on the envelope so they may have registered the site here but that’s as far as it goes! The bear looked cheap but I was prepared to let that go. However the bear did not work at all!! One their website it says if there was a problem you had 2 days to contact them. I contacted them immediately. I waited and waited but no response!!! I contacted PayPal they said they offered me£10 discount out with postage it came to over £20. That was it PayPal closed the case so I wasn’t just out of pocket but my Grandchild lost out on their gift from me. To this day they have not contacted me . THEY ARE SCAMMERS PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY !!!!
