I placed an order on 25/02/2025 (Order #TDUK146012) and never received the product. After several follow-ups, I was told to wait while they checked the status—no clear resolution was ever given.I specifically mentioned I needed the item by 29th March. Despite this, they later said on 1st April that a replacement would be sent, even though I had already told them I no longer needed it.They said once I received the replacement, I should contact them for return instructions—but it never arrived, and now they’re refusing to refund me.This has been incredibly frustrating and unprofessional. I’ve made multiple requests for a refund, and I’m still waiting. Very disappointing customer service.
