The delivery timescales are awful. I made the uneducated assumption they were uk based (mainly from their website address) - certainly they aren’t. They seem to need many days to process the order and then between 7-14 business days to deliver after that. Should have done more research before ordering. No idea what the products are like as I expect it will be a long time until I receive!! Totally ridiculous timescales. Should have ordered from Amazon to receive the next day ! I finally received my order and I am happy with the toys but the long delivery timescale and inability to track down when I might get them rather soured the whole experience.
