Being honest after reading reviews on here, after buying from the company, I was really worried. The toy was as seen on their site but instructions were from China and quality wise worth the money I paid. The company is not in the UK like they imply in the web address, however the shipping times were accurate. The toy didn't come in a box like it's video implies but that's really the only shock, so to speak. I gave 4 stars rather than 5 because I got what I paid for and although the tracking was also inadequate, it arrived within estimated time. I'm glad I used PayPal for the order as it gave me that extra security
