If I could zero score I would. I purchased a tiny dreams peekaboo teddy for my great granddaughter’s first birthday. It arrived late and was wrapped in a soft plastic post bag- no box and no instructions. The battery compartment had a screw that wouldn’t screw in or out, leaving it unsafe for use. I was curious to find out if it would work if I fitted batteries and surprise surprise IT DIDN’T WORK!!I’m not going to waste my time sending it back for a refund what’s the point??!!
