Bought a travel pod bag for my daughter in law ( £70) Despatched by Evri, nothing arrived, they promised they would refund nearly 2 months later, then they sent me 6 cats toys (value £8) by Yodal and refused to refund me, despite package wrong courier & totally different size. Total rip off merchant - DO NOT USE, or if you do, at your Peril!Thank you for your reply several months later, but I do not believe you, or wish to waste any more of my time. Life is too short & have brought the product from a U.K. company ( not one based in Austria) that is reliable & honest!
