I received sub standard goods that was unsafe for a baby. They have told me I must pay to return it to Austria even though the fault is theirs. They have offered a 50% discount on something that us only fit for the bin. I have refused this and asked for an pre paid returns label or a full refund. They are now not answering my emails.
