I ordered on the 21st of November despite taking the money and confirming shipping 30th November nothing arrives even though 2 says ago they confirmed it was with the courier. How can a company that professes to ve all about children not fulfill deliveries. Today my Grandson has no present disappointing doesn't explain the feeling of their failure .
