If I could give a zero out of five I would. Only fair as I don't have a product to review - it still hasn't arrived weeks after ordering (even with "premium delivery"). It was one of a few products ordered for a grandchild and one that they won't be opening for Christmas. No response at all from the customer services email address. Would recommend avoiding. Look elsewhere for your gifts!
