I am absolutely furious with the disgraceful experience I’ve had with Tiny Dream. I ordered a toy, and not only was the quality appallingly poor, but the box arrived damaged, and a part of the toy was missing! How does something like this even leave your warehouse? It’s beyond unacceptable.To make matters worse, when I contacted your so-called “customer service,” they offered a laughable 10% discount for the damaged box. I requested a full refund and a return label for this useless junk, and instead, I was met with dismissive and unhelpful responses. Your service is as pathetic as the products you sell.Tiny Dream is a complete disaster of a company—selling low-quality trash and then refusing to take proper responsibility. This has been the most frustrating shopping experience I’ve ever had. I will never purchase from your company again, and I’ll be warning others to stay far away.
