I ordered two items which took quite a while to come, when I received them one of the boxes was crushed, I asked for another one to be sent and they refused, I was offered 10%of the value £1.29 insult. They just said if the item inside in not affected there is nothing they can do about the box well I replied pack the item better as they could have been purchased for a gift, I will definitely not be shopping with them again. 🤬🤬🤬
