Talking cactus arrived just in a bag no box. The item did not work. Contacted customer services for a refund knowing a replacement was not going to suffice as the toy was if poor quality. They are still sending replacement after every email says refund please. I shall continue to ask for a refund. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY
