I was so thrilled to find what seemed the perfect gift for a 3 year old. The box arrived badly damaged due to the lack of protective packaging. The customer support was so unhelpful and they would not send a replacement (not even an empty box). They only suggested I return it at my own expense to them in Austria! I won't be buying anything from Tiny Dreams again. Order at your own risk!
