I have paid for the product and it is impossible to use their product. After just 5 tests - there are many email platforms, not only Gmail - they blocked my tests and I could not make the adjustments necessary. They took all day and many messages an no actions. I lost already three days of work and cannot send my newsletter to the customers. They offer me a call with a manager to explain why they do not increase the limit to a reasonable number and try a workaround. I wrote to the CEO on LikedId and it seems he did not care, no answer. After all probably it is the work culture there. I want my money back, I feel like stolen and I can imagine people there are laughing on customers face.
