Update : Tim provided assistance that left me truly satisfied with the service. This company clearly prioritizes customer satisfaction, consistently going above and beyond.I am very disappointed with the customer service. I purchased Tier 1 twice and was only able to redeem it once. The customer service does not want to redeem the second one, and they dont want to refund me. Very poor customer service.
