The return policy of incorrect sized shoe is terrible. I ordered shoes for my little one 3 months ago. I received confirmation for a wrong sized shoes, I informed them the next day, but they asked me to wait till I receive it and return them for refund or correct shoe size. I spent additional $27 for shipping and returned their product to their very dodgy return address in china. They don’t mention this address on their website, they only will mention this in their emails when you ask for return details.
I used Auspost with a tracking number, but the tracking stops as soon as the parcel lands in their local area. After that 2 months of follow up resulted in “we are looking into this” messages.
Finally they claim no responsibility of the whole fiasco and asking me to follow up with my local courtier.
Has any one successfully returned them anything?
The return process appears to be a scam and now I lost twice as much in this whole process.
