I placed my order on 9/22/25. The service does not provide a universal tracking number. According to the postal service, their California address is a vacant building. I was charged $61 in September and October without receiving anything. My bank investigated and determined it was fraud, refunding my money. It's 11/13/25, and I've never received the two packages they claimed to have shipped. I've spent a lot of time gathering this information.
