And you will continue to get a poor review…because your response is filled with pure lies. You guys were the ones that told me to update my new email and when I did all of a sudden I could not access my account and was asked to pay again. The only reason you decide to respond and address anything is because of this review. All of a sudden it is my fault! Moving on I would never change my rating of your company or recommend it to anyone. I never heard anything about the actual refund until I mentioned it again on this review. I have moved on and learnt my lesson and hope others are warned. Don’t waste your money with a dishonest company as this!
