The morning felt rushed, but they made things less stressful. Thomas and the crew worked like they had done hundreds of times. I appreciated how they took control of the move without making it a big deal.
My experience moving from a 4th floor walk-up was excellent. I had a lot of heavy luggage and a queen size mattress that was difficult to carry down the stairs. The two movers never complained and finished the job in under 3 hours. I am very impressed with their stamina. You should definitely hire them if you have a lot of stairs.
Everything was handled very well, and I didn't have to do any of the heavy lifting. Tiptopmoving sent a crew that was very organized, and they worked together to get the truck loaded perfectly. I am happy that I didn't have to ask my friends for help because these guys did a much better job.
