I've been with TiqAssist for close to 3 years now. The total fee's are close to 25% which are way too high to me. I don't recall them being so much in the beginning. Listing tickets early (for example in March for football) does not always show to be the best in prices. I would also like to see some weekly or monthly metrics on the fluctuation of ticket prices or markets. Using the web version is super easy. Payment is very simple. The lack of an android app is a bit of a let down (can't speak for iOS).
