I had an absolute horrible experience. I was looking for the official website to book tickets to a church in Italy and they came up citing "Milan Duomo Tickets Official Website" when I searched for the official website on Google while they are not and are charging 50%+ more than the official website.
I contacted their customer support and the experience was horrible. I was hold hostage without a reply for several minutes multiple times just for the customer support rep then coming back and bluntly asking for information.

Disappointing support experience

I had a very disappointing experience with the support team. They were unhelpful, response times were excessively long, and chat handling was poor—overall, the customer service was lacking. Don't rely on them for assistance or to meet European standards. Thankfully, we resolved our issue with the event venue, and while I appreciate their help, I would recommend staying away from this platform.

Issues with return tickets from Schiphol

The return train tickets from Schiphol to Amsterdam did not function. Fortunately, the train staff were understanding and let me board. Based on my experience, I wouldn't recommend using the service and I personally won't be returning.

My wife accidentally booked return tickets from Schiphol to Amsterdam with the wrong return date. Despite giving four days' notice, they seem unwilling to change the date, which is hard to believe. It's disappointing that they would keep our money without providing assistance. I would advise against trusting this company.

Beware of overcharging!

This is a total rip-off! I wanted tickets for a popular site and thought I was on the official website. They charged me much more than the stated price. I assumed I was getting something extra, but it was just a basic ticket. They are refusing to take responsibility. I want a refund for the price difference. AVOID this service.
