Driving home after a run in the park, my husband ended up with a large screw attached to some sort of piece of metal in his tire. He drove straight to Tire Discounters (off Hwy 85 in Fayetteville, GA) where they repaired the tire on his Lincoln Corsair. To his surprise they did it for free! What an example of a customer friendly business! You can bet if we need tires or related work on either of our cars in the future we will go there!

$1,600 for 4 brand new tires . Went there to get one tire ended up with a total bill close to 2 thousand dollars . Please be prepared to spend thousands of dollars if you do business at this establishment! I did research on the part numbers they are using at this store, they are charging double if not triple what the same exact parts cost at Advanced Auto Parts. Please do your research, ask questions if you consider doing business with this company !!!
I will no longer be purchasing items from Tire Discounters after my last payment on my credit card. Synchrony Bank is the worst! They are not even accredited by the BBB. Absolute worst credit card experience I have ever had.
after the service I received at the location in Murfreesboro Tennessee and no one trying to make it right which it should've been done right in the first place I wouldn't go here again if it was the last tire and maintenance place on planet Earth. I would walk first. One thing that might've gotten looked over during my maintenance that I paid $500 for and had to take it back for might be one thing but several things not done right and now I'm questioning what really was or was not done for $500 that I paid. Pure incompetence by management and by the employees who obviously don't care or highly under trained for their jobs. Do yourselves a favor do not go here there are plenty of other choices of places and unfortunately I didn't pick one of those and unfortunately did not look at the bad reviews on trust pilot before I went. Learned my lesson
Hendersonville TN Glenbrook location: Good service. New Tires, Oil Change, New brakes and calipers. However, missed seeing that they added Road Hazard without asking me. 6 page receipt ($189 for 4 tires) . I did not want road hazard and did not ask for it. Very disappointed they added something I do not want.
Dropped my vehicle off for a routine oil change.While in Tire Discounters' control they failed to properly change the oil causing major damage.Per their version one technician drove the vehicle into the building for the service and after the vehicle was damaged ten technicians pushed it out the building. This business has cameras that cover both outside and inside movements and audio recording which will show everything Tire Discounter's technician did to my vehicle. Well I guess we are the lucky ones, they are telling us that it was a power surge and the footage is not available of moments the vehicle was being damaged. I would not suggest anyone take their vehicle here for service. Please read previous reviews of customers and the complaints filed against them BBB. (Complaints are corporate wide) I had to give one star in order to post this review. They don’t deserve any star.
Refused to plug nail hole on tire. Claiming tire was put on 2016 on a truck made in 2017. Was forced to buy 2 new tires. They refused to get me back on road unless I did . I’m mad as hell. You don’t screw a senior like that and smile doing it
I chose Tire Discounters because they were very conveinent to where I was living at the time (Lexington,KY Beaumont Center). I bought 4 Pirelli Scorpio AS + 3 tires. They were neither the most expensive or least expensive of the options I was shown. So far, I have had to replace 3 of the 4 tires and not one was from normal wear or low tread. All 3 developed a hole in the sidewall and could not be repaired. For 2 out of the 3 tires the problem was misdiagnosed and I had to return to TD and then told that I needed to buy a new tire. In one of those 2 tire "repairs" I didnt make it out of the parking lot before the low tire pressure light came. At one point I was told they no longer carried that Pirelli tire because they had had trouble and Pirelli wasnt standing behind them. I'm not sure where in this process TD came to this conclusion, but regardless, TD sold the tires to me. Not Pirelli. So when the third tire recently started losing air...was "repaired" and I was back to TD in less than a week w the tire losing air and told I needed a third new tire...I finally reached my limit. I went elsewhere.My other issue stems from a tire rotation that I had done before I headed out on a road trip. When I got to my destination about 9 hours away I started hearing a thud when i slowed down. I called TD but because they had no locations in that area there was nothing they could do until I got back. I took the car to the local Lexus dealership and found out I was missing a lug nut and the other lug nuts were loose on the right front tire. Yeah...thank god I didn't drive back to find out the problem. A TD technician clearly never tightened those lug nuts. They are a tire store! TD did reimburse me for the bill from Lexus which I appreciated....but this should never ever have happened.So that has been my experience....
