Is Tirendo scamming me?I ordered 4 in-stock winter tyres from tirendo.ch on 09/11/2023. Here is what happened so far:1) Tirendo gave me 16/11/2023 as the estimated delivery date for the four tyres. 2) The tyres did not arrive on the 16th of last month, so, I sent Tirendo a request for a new estimate on 16/11/2023 through their website. 3) No response from Tirendo until 22/11/2023 prompted me to request a return as I was no longer hopeful the tyres would be delivered on time. By then, the tyres still had not left their warehouse.4) I received a (likely automated) mail from Tirendo asking me to decide if I really want to proceed with the return. I clicked yes.5) On 23/11/2023 I received a new automated mail of what looks like a return receipt that states that I will be refunded after the tyres have returned to Tirendo.Since then, nothing new happened. No correspondence from Tirendo. I sent followup requests through Tirendo's website asking Tirendo to not send me the tyres and just refund me the payment because the tyres have not left their warehouse. The tyres still have not left their warehouse as I have received no updates on delivery. To summarize, I ordered tyres from Tirendo over a month ago. The tyres did not leave their warehouse. I applied for a return/refund on the 22nd of November and I have not been refunded my payment.
