I ordered tires online and had them shipped to a local store for installation. The entire process was smooth, well-organized, and professional. However, I do have a suggestion for improvement: during installation, the service advisor tried to sell me what he referred to as certificates, which was confusing. I initially believed that road hazard and free flat tire repair coverage were included in my purchase, but I was informed that I needed to buy additional insurance for that warranty coverage. Now I have to check with the relevant authorities to understand my rights under warranty laws. This could be made clearer for customers.
