The item came in new(no refurbished) they were out of the gray model due to it selling out, but was more then happy about the response time from them. Glad their customer service was good, quick communication was refreshing and they sent the white model fast enough. No regrets, I’m enjoying the model, The product itself, the compression is actually very useful.Had to turn down the setting to something more gentle, which is a good thing.
