I waited 8 weeks for my order to be fulfilled.Half of what I ordered is not Titanium, it is stainless steel from a chinese company called Kengo.One of the lids do not have the rubber seal under the lid handle. Customer service has been poor at best.It has been quite a shabby experience with a company that just doesn't seem to care.Unprofessional and what could have been a wonderful new adventure in the kitchen has turned into one of disappointment.
