The pans arrived so we tried to cook some steak first, the pan base popped up leaving the pan with only 30mm touching the hotplate. The noise that was heard gave my wife a fright. There is now a dark mark in the base of the pan that won't come off.
They are very poor quality.
And the gaslighting I am receiving is incredulous.
