I bought a boot liner and extender for a new vehicle and received them quickly. The boot liner fits perfectly, and I’m quite happy with it. However, upon installation, I realized the extender wasn't really needed since there was no exposed area with the seats down. I requested a refund but was told it wasn’t possible, despite their advertisement claiming they do refunds. After further inquiry, I was informed that it’s a custom-made item for my order and that I could return both items or none. The extender is available in multiple colors and is designed for a popular vehicle model, which makes this experience quite disappointing!
