I ordered a boot liner and extender for a new vehicle and received them promptly. The boot liner fits well, and I’m satisfied with it. However, I discovered that the extender was unnecessary after installation. When I requested a refund, I was told it wasn’t possible, despite their advertisement stating they offer refunds. After further inquiry, I learned it’s a custom-made item for my order, meaning I could return both items or none. This situation is quite disappointing!
